The integration between our Finance area, Project Management and technical department means we can always take financial, technical and management implications into account as part of our decision-making. This lets us ensure that an architectural design is responding to financial targets, or that we can optimise the provision of funding to a project by adapting it to the real development schedule. It also enables us to immediately react to any unforeseen circumstances in a coordinated manner.
  • Transparency and excellence. Our experience as co-op managers delivering accurate reporting through shareholder meetings has instilled us with a sense of responsibility towards ensuring correct calculations and providing all the necessary information so that our Equity Partners perceive us as the best travel companions.
