Environment, social responsibility and good governance (ESG)
- Commitment to environmental sustainability. We take the quality standards of the most prestigious certification companies into account when designing buildings, in order to achieve their highest sustainability standards. Momentum is a member of the United Nations Global Compact, and is complying with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, the targets of the European Green Deal for 2030 and the European Union Climate Neutrality Strategy for 2050.
- Social commitment to ensure access to housing. We fight to remediate the lack of affordable temporary and permanent housing for most Spaniards. We work on real estate development strategies that, rather than creating an intrinsic burden on the lives of families, promote flexible use of public spaces and the generation of wealth for the Spanish middle class. Furthermore, Momentum contributes by donating to social causes like support for pandemic relief or the war in Ukraine through charitable challenges.
